1. Items that are defective or incorrect may be returned within 30 days of receipt via the U.S. Postal Service. We will ship/deliver a replacement and reimburse you for your return postage (Return Postage will be refunded at a standard delivery rate. A copy of the postage receipt is required for reimbursement).
2. Any item you are not satisfied with (not as expected, arrived too late, wrong size, etc.), if returned within 30 days of receipt and received in sellable condition, will be issued a credit amount equal to the merchandise only.
3. Videos, CDs, DVDs, or other media may only be returned for store credit if unopened. If opened, they may be returned only for replacement of the same item.
4. Any return that does not comply with the above policy will be subject to a restocking fee, at manager’s discretion.
